Medical Malpractice Attorneys Serving Clients in the Buffalo Area

Skilled attorneys help you recover compensation for your injuries

The Buffalo law firm of Pusatier Sherman Abbott & Sugarman, LLP has been representing clients who have been victims of medical malpractice since 1976. During that time, we've collected millions of dollars for our clients on these types of cases.

Our personal injury attorneys have experience representing clients who have been injured due to surgical errors, birth injuries, nursing home negligence, emergency room errors, prescription drug errors, and other medical mistakes. We have successfully brought cases against primary care physicians, specialists, surgeons, hospitals and nursing homes.

Our fees are only charged if your case is settled or results in a verdict in your favor.

If you or a loved one is in need of a medical malpractice attorney, we encourage you to contact us.

As always, the initial consultation is free.
