Keith A. Herald

Keith A. HeraldKeith A. Herald joined Pusatier Sherman Abbott & Sugarman, LLP in 1985 as a law clerk while studying for his law degree. Upon graduation, he joined the firm where he now focuses on real estate law, estate planning and matrimonial law. Before attending law school and joining the firm, Mr. Herald worked for the Zoological Society of Buffalo.

Mr. Herald graduated from the University of Buffalo magna cum laude in 1976, followed by the University of Buffalo Law School in 1987. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association (ECBA), serving on the ECBA's Real Estate Committee and Practice and Procedures in Surrogate Court Committee.

Mr. Herald is an avid skier and likes to travel.

Steven Sugarman Coaches University at Buffalo Law School Students To Great Success in International Competition

The University at Buffalo School of Law’s CJ Cook and Joe Lavoie took second place at the Consensual Dispute Resolution Competition in Vienna, Austria.  They were coached by professor and professional mediator Steven R. Sugarman, Esq.  They credit their success to their ADR classes at UB, their training with Professor Sugarman, and the intensive workshop at the competition.
